They are much more efficient than any other dealer I have been to. He helped my son buy his first car at a dealer, and it was a great experience!
We are moving to Alaska, so we had to make sure the vehicle we were getting had all the appropriate towing and cold weather features, but also was a vehicle my son was comfortable with. I appreciated his patience as we made our decision. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone, and we plan on coming back when in the market again for a used vehicle.
Their inventory was the first impressive thing we noted. Immaculate cars that were well maintained and are offered at a fair price. Their website allows you to check Carfax reports for free, as well as looking at the original window sticker. We also applied for financing with them on their website prior to going in for a purchase, saving time. They also have service onsite.
Once we made our decision and returned on day 3, we were in and out in under an hour and a half after we both test drove the vehicle. They offer excellent, fair priced extended warranties backed by Nationwide.
I really can't say enough good things about this business and our salesman, Travis. I am someone who continues to do business over decades with companies and people like this, regardless of location, because you can't put a price on being able to trust a business to deliver as promised, and exceed expectations.

He told me he would put my vehicle in the shade until I got there later that day. When I got there … More sure enough my vehicle was in the shade waiting for me. After my test drive by decided on the vehicle and had a preapproval letter from my credit union. They allowed me to take the car home with me immediately. I came in the next day to finalize paperwork, they spoke with my credit union and it was done! Brandon in finance had me out of there with the fastest car signing I have ever attended.
